Palletizer for placing light products on pallets
The palletizing robot is a canister packing machine for euro pallets. The euro pallet height including products can vary. The maximum height is usually determined by the truck's interior height or according to the client's needs. The palletizing robot also places interlayer sheets between layers. Using the robot frees up human labor for other tasks. In addition, maintenance costs are low.
- Cartesian-type robot for 3–20 liter canisters
- Automatic placement of cardboard interlayers and a top sheet
- Handling a whole layer or row depending on canister size
- Small floor space requirement
- Adjustable to the client's blow molding machine and factory layout
- Optionally consists of: tester, turner, collection table, cardboard turner, pallet pusher
